       What's Involved

              Agree a price

                   Nothing is binding until exchange of contracts. Someone could make a higher offer until

                     contracts have been exchanged (gazumping). When you have exchanged you must buy the

                     property, the seller must sell you the property. At this stage you need to insure the building.

              Obtaining the Mortgage  

                    Contact us as early as possible so that we can do all the hard work for you, remember

                      we are impartial and work for you. We will keep you updated on an ongoing basis so

                      that you know at what stage your application is at.

                    You need to appoint a solicitor or licensed conveyancer to complete the conveyancing and

                        searches. Their job is to ensure the legal formalities have been completed and that you do

                        not find any nasty surprises later on.
